We are going to have a look at these videos and once we understand them:  
We can start meditating with some short Meditations for the English Classroom:
Breath :1, 2, 3, 4 (bell), 5, 6, 7 (for a good Sleep)
Body Scan: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Others (Loving-Kindness): 1, 2, 3

Mindfulness meditation (like most good things in life) may take a while to show its effects,
but just a few minutes a day will soon make a difference...
With new activities in life, remember to be patient, persevere, climb these steps:
