Frequency Adverbs

Do you know these words?
You use them to say HOW OFTEN you do an activity
and they often take the Simple Present

Where do they go in a sentence?:
Frequency Adverbs go before the Main Verb:
I usually drink coffee in the morning
He doesn't always come to school by car
But after the Verb "TO BE", which goes before them:
We are often happy on Friday
She is always such a good friend
Frequency Phrases such as these:
Every - day/week/month/morning...
Once/Twice/ 3, 4,..Times a Day/week/month,...
can go at the beginning and, more often, at the end of the sentence:
Sally goes to to the Sports Pavillion twice a week
I eat "turrón" every Christmas
